The Neighborhood Postcard Project

This is a good example of:

Connecting neighbors in a community who otherwise may not meet

Narrative:

The Neighborhood Postcard Project began as the SF Postcard Project in April of 2013 in San Francisco. That effort expanded to other communities across the nation (five in San Francisco, on in Washington DC, New York City and South Florida).  Macon, Georgia is currently creating postcards as part of Create Macon (#createmacon on Twitter). The website provides an online Neighborhood Postcard Project Pack with a toolkit (pdf), printable postcard template files, and additional resources.
